Once downloaded or accessed, we cannot revoke access or verify data usage — therefore, refunds are generally not possible after delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The database you purchased was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days,   it will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days after processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
